After several months of looking at properties online we finally made plans to visit Albox & contacted Almeria Property Finder with a list of properties we wanted to view. Raf was very helpful & already had the itinerary organised when we arrived at his office, he then spent most of the day showing us around all the properties on our list with a good knowledge of each. Overall, we found Almeria Property Finder to be very helpful, friendly & professional throughout & would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a property in the Albox area.

We can't say enough good things about Cathie and the Team at APF, we travelled across to Spain to try and find that Place in Sun. We had loads of ideas and properties to view through several different Estate agents. And nobody compared to Cathie and the Team, they we're the 3rd Estate agent we dealt with and straight away we felt extremely comfortable and felt we could completely trust them.
Nothing was to much trouble and Cathie gave us some really valuable advice and helped us to decide what we were looking for. Can only reiterate what previous reviewers have said. Cathie and the team cannot be faulted! We also dealt with other estate agents in Almeria (& there are many) but feel we got an exemplary service from APF. From initial viewings, (thank you Cathie & Bronwyn), to help with solicitor & names and numbers for lots of other things. The whole process of buying a house in Spain was easy. There was always a fast response to our 'random questions' via email. It always felt there was no hard sell. Your purchase is made

Absolutely brilliant company! Especially Dawn, an amazing, wonderful lady, who went and still is going above and beyond helping us. They are not just our estate agents we now class them as friends.
They are friendly, informative and happy to help with everything. Cathy the owner was amazing too, she helped us get our NIE numbers and bank account as well as taking us to see properties. I cannot speak highly enough about them. They don't give you any hype, they don't force house sales on you and they don't lie to you.
Of all the estate agents we went to in Spain (and we saw a lot!) Dawn and Cathy were the only ones that made us not only feel welcome but that we were individual people and they listened to what we were looking for in a property.
